Can’t scan your wristband? Hold the top of your phone close to the wristband and keep it steady for 1–2 seconds. Ensure NFC is enabled in Settings.
Camera permission needed? We use the camera only to scan your profile QR. Grant permission in Settings → WristIQ → Camera.
Payment or top‑up questions? For event‑specific payments and refunds, contact the event organizer. For app issues, email info@wristiq.net.

Troubleshooting

Restart the app and try again.
Toggle Airplane mode off/on, then retry the action.
